Cárcel Judicial de Valledupar con dos nuevas canchas (Español e inglés)

 Aptas para jugar fútbol 7, microfútbol, voleibol y baloncesto.

Con un partido de microfútbol, personas privadas de la libertad celebraron este miércoles 26 de julio, junto a miembros del gabinete departamental, la inauguración de dos canchas (multifuncional y sintética) construidas por el Gobierno del Cesar.

Al hacer oficial la entrega, el gobernador del Cesar, Andrés Meza, explicó que tienen las especificaciones para jugar fútbol 7, microfútbol, voleibol y baloncesto. “Son canchas que dignifican, mejoran la calidad de vida de las personas privadas de la libertad”.

Dianis Sánchez Almanza, directora de la Cárcel Judicial de Valledupar, consideró muy importante esta obra del gobierno que lo hace mejor y señaló que “es un gran aporte para la resocialización. Ellos en su esquema diario tienen contempladas las actividades deportivas”.

Edwin Volpe Iglesias, uno de los privados de la libertad que jugó en el primer partido disputado en estos escenarios, dijo que “estos espacios lúdico-deportivos los necesitamos para evitar problemas y daños sicológicos y siquiátricos por el encierro. No es mentira que las jornadas deportivas y el ejercicio al ser humano le hacen bien, porque su cerebro se activa y también se oxigena”.

Por su parte, Luis Enrique Barros Morales, otro de los privados de la libertad que jugó, expresó que el partido lo disfrutaron mucho. “Estos espacios nos ayudan a liberarnos de esa carga emocional y angustiosa que tenemos en cada momento, entonces estamos muy agradecidos por tan bonito detalle para con nosotros. Los compañeros están muy contentos, muy felices, porque no contábamos con una infraestructura como esta que nos brindara, sobre todo, la seguridad, porque en la que estaba anteriormente (de tierra) vivíamos lacerados, lesionados, y por eso están muy contentos todos”, afirmó.

 

Las canchas, sintética y multifuncional, construidas por el Gobierno del Cesar en la Cárcel Judicial de Valledupar fueron hechas en un área de 1.296 metros cuadrados.
