Con la fase II del acueducto de Bosconia, que inicia licitación, el Gobierno del Cesar busca garantizar que los habitantes del municipio tengan un sistema de potabilización moderno, que permita el suministro de agua potable continúo y de calidad.
La
etapa II de esta iniciativa tendrá inversión de 35.499 millones de pesos y será
ejecutada en un tiempo proyectado de 20 meses.
De
acuerdo con la información entregada por la Secretaria de Infraestructura del
Cesar, Esther Mendoza, esta fase contempla el empalme de la línea de impulsión
pozo 2 a planta de tratamiento de agua potable. La construcción del cruce vial
Plato-Bosconia, en túnel Linner, en camisa de acero diámetro D=1.40 m, longitud
de 45 m. Dos Estaciones de medición y control entrada de agua cruda y salida de
agua potable, además del tanque de homogenización del agua proveniente de los
pozos profundos, en concreto reforzado con volumen de 2.000 metros cúbicos.
El
proyecto también contempla la construcción de un sistema de rebombeo del agua
potable, que va desde el tanque de homogeneización hasta los tanques de
almacenamiento, con una capacidad de 180 litros por segundo, el cerramiento del
predio en malla eslabonada, línea de impulsión en tubería de polietileno de
alta densidad, torre de aireación para la remoción de partículas como el
hierro, el magnesio, el dióxido de carbono y demás asociadas a las aguas
subterráneas y que puedan ser removidos por oxigenación, entre otros aspectos.
La
jefa de la cartera de Infraestructura agregó además que se trata de una
iniciativa conjunta entre la Alcaldía de Bosconia, que aportó los diseños, y el
Gobierno del Cesar.
Desde mediados del 2022, el Gobierno Que lo hace mejor empezó a implementar la fase I de esta obra, que busca abastecer del líquido esencial a los bosconenses que han tenido que soportar históricamente la falta de agua potable en su municipio. La licitación de la obra estará abierta hasta mediados de agosto de 2023.
Con la proyección de esta obra se busca promover, dirigir y planificar el desarrollo económico del departamento del Cesar, a través de una gestión pública responsable, orientada con criterios de prioridad, racionalidad, equidad, solidaridad, desarrollo sostenible, de transparencia administrativa y de buen gobierno para el mejoramiento de la calidad de vida y el bienestar de sus habitantes.

The head of the Infrastructure portfolio also added that it is a joint initiative between the Bosconia Mayor's Office, which provided the designs, and the Government of Cesar.
Since mid-2022, the Government that does it better began to implement phase I of this work, which seeks to supply essential liquid to Bosconenses who have historically had to endure the lack of drinking water in their municipality. The tender for the work will be open until mid-August 2023.
